Since A-Ret 0.1% is a high-strength retinoid, you want to ease into it to avoid irritation:-
Start 2–3 nights a week, on clean, dry skin.

Apply a pea-sized amount — more is not more.

Always wear broad-spectrum SPF during the day. (Retinoids = extra sun sensitivity.)
Tip: You can also try the “moisture sandwich” method — moisturizer > tretinoin > moisturizer — if your skin leans sensitive.
