At BuyBetter, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is a positive one. We understand that there might be times when you need to return items you’ve purchased. Our Returns/Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions for accepting returns and providing refunds for items bought from BuyBetter. This policy also outlines situations where we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Conditions for Accepting Returns and Issuing Refunds:

  • Timeframe: We accept returns within 24hrs of purchase.

  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unopened, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.

  • Reason for Return: We accept returns for items with defects, damage during shipping, or if you received the wrong product.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the same account number used for the original purchase. Please allow 72 hours for the refund to be processed after the retrieval of your order.

Instances When Returns/Refunds Will Not Be Accepted:

  • Change of Mind: We are unable to accept returns solely due to a change of mind. Please make sure to review your purchase before completing the transaction.

  • Hygiene and Health Items: For hygiene and health reasons, certain items such as intimate products, edibles, cannot be returned. Also, products that have been opened cannot be returned.

  • Clearance Sales Items: Items on “Clearance” are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Items Without Original Packaging: If the original packaging, tags, or labels are missing or damaged, we reserve the right to reject the return or issue a partial refund.

Return Process:

  • Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our social media channels. Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting evidence like photos if applicable.

  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your return meets the criteria outlined in this policy.

  • Packaging and Shipping: Securely package the item and include a copy of the return authorization. Ship the item to the provided address. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Do not include any items unrelated to the returned item in the packaging, as BuyBetter will not be liable for such items.

  • Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, a refund will be processed within 72 working hours.

Rejected Return and Refund Requests and Forfeiture: All returned items are inspected to verify the provided return reasons. If your return request is not approved, no refund will be issued for the purchase price or delivery fees. We will attempt redelivery twice within 3 business days. If both attempts fail, you will be notified that the item will be held for an additional 30 days. Failure to collect within this period will result in forfeiture of the item, which will become BuyBetter’s property and may be disposed of as deemed appropriate.

No Exchange: Exchanges are not offered after payment has been made. Exchanges can only be made in-store prior to payment for selected products. Please ensure to verify products before making payment as there will be no exchange or refund as soon as payment has been made.
